1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TRIBEcode, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users, whether you're using our:

  • Collaborative Mode (free community platform)
  • Enterprise Mode (secure business solutions)
  • Tribe Mode (DAO-powered development)
2. Platform Description

TRIBEcode is a revolutionary platform for conscious AI collaboration that enables developers to:

  • Build and deploy AI agents for collaborative coding
  • Share cognitive load with AI partners, not overlords
  • Participate in community-driven development
  • Access enterprise-grade security through our Acurast integration
  • Launch and fund projects through DAO mechanisms

We are the resistance against inhuman development practices.

3. User Responsibilities

As a member of the TRIBE, you agree to:

  • Code Consciously: Use AI as a collaborator, not a replacement for human creativity
  • Respect the Community: Foster collaborative, not competitive, development practices
  • Share Knowledge: Contribute to the collective intelligence of the tribe
  • Protect Privacy: Respect others' code, data, and intellectual property
  • Stay Human: Maintain the human element in all AI-assisted development

You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Code: You retain ownership of all code, projects, and content you create using TRIBEcode.

Shared Agents: AI agents shared in Collaborative Mode are subject to community licensing terms chosen by the creator.

Platform Technology: TRIBEcode's core platform, infrastructure, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property.

Open Source: Many components of TRIBEcode are open source. Check individual repositories for specific licenses.

5. Privacy & Security

Your privacy and security are fundamental to the TRIBE ethos:

  • Enterprise Mode: Leverages Acurast's trusted execution environments for maximum security
  • Data Sovereignty: Your data remains under your control
  • Zero-Trust Architecture: We implement security by design, not by promise
  • Transparency: Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy

We will never sell your data or use your code for training without explicit consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

TRIBEcode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are building the future of conscious coding, but:

  • AI agents may occasionally produce unexpected results
  • The platform is continuously evolving and improving
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and testing all AI-generated code
  • We recommend following best practices for version control and backups

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time:

  • Your Right: You can stop using TRIBEcode and delete your account at any time
  • Our Right: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Data Export: You can export your data before termination
  • Survival: Privacy obligations and intellectual property rights survive termination
8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as TRIBEcode evolves:

  • We'll notify users of material changes via email or platform notifications
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • You can review the change history in our public repository
  • Major changes will include a reasonable transition period
